I'm very happy with the way they performed. They slowed down a little during the last part but our girls ran very well.

Everybody ran well. It was a good start to the season, and we're really looking forward to the rest of the season.

It's good to see the JV team out there running well too.

They get pretty psyched up when they get to run against teams like Eaton and Roosevelt. I was all over the course, and they listened to me when they had to pick it up.

This was something fun for the kids to do with the water obstacles. We were mainly concerned with not getting any injuries.

The other girls ran great. We faced some tough teams out there.

We were still able to beat some of the bigger teams. We're coming along pretty good for a smaller team.

Our top two (boys) runners struggled throughout the race. But the rest of the team did well and the only 3A teams to finish ahead of us were Lyons and Wiggins.

Jamie ran one of her best races ever.

Jamie was literally six steps out from winning the race.
